Return & Refund

Cancellation : To cancel an order before fulfilment, email us at support@simplysoftbaby.co.in/ thesimplysoft@gmail.com with your order ID. We'll cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Returns : After fulfilment, log in to your account and go to the "Order History" or "My Account" section. Initiate the return process, provide the necessary details, and follow the instructions provided.

 

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless it's our mistake or a defective product.
  • Items must be in original condition with packaging intact.
  • Initiate returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or wrong items. and provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photographs showcasing the problem. This will help us assess the situation accurately and provide a suitable resolution.

 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Nappies, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges:

To expedite getting the desired item, please return the original item following the return process and make a separate purchase.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
